Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship using major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other freight carriers, depending on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping service is specifically selected and paid for.
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
For orders that qualify for free shipping, the shipping method will be selected at our discretion unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges may apply for oversized items, freight shipments, rural delivery areas, address corrections, returned packages, or special handling requirements.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, additional shipping charges, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the address before the order ships. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Incorrect Address, Address Corrections, and Returned Packages
If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any carrier fees, address correction fees, return shipping fees, and reshipping costs.
If the package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order due to customer-entered address errors.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or failure to pick up the package, we may reship the order once the customer pays the additional shipping cost.
If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued for the product cost only, minus original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, and any applicable handling costs. Some items may not be eligible for refund, including custom, special-order, clearance, used, or installed items.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, household members, building management, mailrooms, or the carrier directly.
We may assist with filing a carrier claim when appropriate, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of any carrier investigation.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging, shipping label, damaged item, and any visible damage. Damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Do not discard the packaging or damaged item until the claim process is complete. The carrier may require the original packaging for inspection.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you believe an item is missing from your order or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
We will review the order and work to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Freight and Oversized Shipments
Some large or oversized items may ship by freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require a valid phone number, delivery appointment, signature, and accessible delivery location.
Unless otherwise stated, freight delivery is typically curbside delivery only. The customer is responsible for moving the item from the delivery location into their home, business, garage, or storage area.
Please inspect freight shipments before signing for delivery. If visible damage is present, note the damage with the carrier before signing and contact us immediately.
International Shipping
At this time, we may or may not offer international shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or international shipping procedures.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you may receive tracking information by email or text message, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
