Policy  & Terms of Service

We at Boonedox strive to create the highest quality experience possible.  In order to do so, we encourage you to read through the terms below and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.  Boonedox ("we" and "us") is the operator of https://www.boonedoxusa.com ("website").  By placing an order through this website, you are agreeing to the terms below.  These policies are provided so that all parties are aware of the expectations of our service and can make their decisions accordingly.  These terms were last updated on February 8, 2021.

General

Order fulfillment is subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the out of stock item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.  When an item already listed as back ordered, any orders containting it will be held until the back-ordered item is back in stock.  If you would like to split shipments on an order with a back ordered item, please contact services@boonedoxusa.com.  If the item is listed as back-ordered, there may be an additional charge for split shipping.

Discount codes may be provided at times for your buying pleasure.  If it is found that a discount code has been used outside of its terms or intended use, your order may be canceled and refunded.  If you have any questions about the terms of our codes, please send an email to services@boonedoxusa.com.

Boonedox operates out of North Carolina and is required to collect tax accordingly. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Shipping Costs are calculated based on the weight, dimension, and destination of the items in the order.  Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.  All packages are shipped from central North Carolina.  A tracking number will be sent to the contact email provided once the order has been shipped.  

Please note that we can not ship to PO Boxes.  Orders submitted with a PO box will be delayed while we attempt to contact you and obtain another address.  If a new address can not be obtained within 5 business days, the order will be canceled and refunded in full.  

Boonedox ships consistently within the continental US.  Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may be subject to additional shipping charges.  Any additional charges will be calculated during order processing and our customer service will reach out to you if any additional fees are required.  We do not currently accept online orders for international shipments.  If you would like to place an order for international delivery, please give us a call at 1 (336) 475-4777. Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties on international shipments.  

Boonedox has up to a 3 business day processing time.  Shipping time (separate from processing time) varies based on item, size, and location for delivery - but domestic times do not tend to exceed 3 days.  Please note that our business days are Monday - Friday and may exclude holidays.  This averages a 3-6 business day combined processing and shipping time.  If you have any concerns about the timing of your delivery, please contact us before placing your order.  

We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address if it matches the address provided at check out.  Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.  In the event that a reroute is required by the customer after the order has been shipped to the initial address, the order will incur an intercept charge as determined by the shipping company.

Unfortunately, there is always a risk of loss when it comes to shipping.  Items purchased through our site are shipped by a third-party carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).  As a result, the risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery of the carrier.  While we do not bear the responsibility of loss during shipment, we are happy to help file by shipping claims with the carrier should the need arise.  Please note that most carriers require shipping claims to be made within 24 hours of delivery, so please check your order immediately upon receipt to make sure no shipping damage has occurred.  

Shipping

Pick Up

Boonedox is headquartered in Thomasville, NC.  While we do not maintain a retail storefront, a local pick-up can be arranged.  Pick-ups are by appointment only.  Simply choose 'Pick-Up' as your shipping option and once your order is processed, Customer Service will contact you at the contact provided on your order to schedule a pickup appointment.  Pick-ups are typically available within a week of order placement.  Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.

Returns

Boonedox wants every customer to be happy with their purchases from our company.  Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied.  You may return items for a refund, minus a small processing fee, as long as the request is made within 30 days of the receipt of the item.  Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns for products broken upon use.  Items are expected to be returned unused and in their original condition.  As we can't unship a product, the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

 

To return an item, send an email to services@boonedoxusa.com within 30 days of receiving the order.  Please include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.  Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and a shipping label.  Carefully package your return items and ship them with the label provided.  The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from your refund.  Returned items must arrive back to us within 10 business days of receiving the return shipping label.  

 

Once we have received the returned product in good condition, a refund will be processed via the payment method used for the original purchase.

If we accidentally sent you the wrong items, or your item was damaged in transit, let us know as soon as you receive the package by emailing services@boonedoxusa.com.  Please include your name, order number, and a picture of the item or damage. We'll make sure you get your original order and cover any return shipping.  If the originally ordered item is no longer in stock, you will be issued a full refund.  

Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Returns

cancellations

If you made your purchase in error, or even simply changed your mind, we offer order cancellations - no questions asked.  If you would like to cancel your order, please email services@boonedoxusa.com.

Please note that order cancellations are only valid for orders that have not yet been shipped.  Since there is a window between when the order ships and tracking information is updated, there is a chance that your order has shipped even if you have not yet received tracking information.  To verify the status of your order before cancellation, please email services@boonedoxusa.com or call us at  (336) 475-4777.

Any order that has shipped is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow the return process instead and is subject to our return policy.  

PRIVACY

Boonedox is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  We may collect information for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping

  • To comply with legal obligations

  • To improve our products and services

  • For internal market research purposed

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.  Boonedox will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.  In certain cases where we use your information, you may have a right to restrict or limit the ways in which we use your personal information. In certain circumstances, you also have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, and to obtain a copy of your personal information in an easily accessible format. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please send an email to services@boonedoxusa.com.  If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the previous address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
