WARRANTY Information
Boonedox stands behind its products and we are pleased that you have or are considering purchasing one of our products. We strive to treat our customers the way we would like to be treated and pledge to uphold our standard of service, even after the sale.
General
All Boonedox products are covered against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase to the original owner. These can include but are not limited to joint failures associated with welding, broken components due to design failure, fit issues, and manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover installation, overloading, misuse, or general wear. If you have any questions about the use or installation of a product, please contact us. Any unauthorized alterations or improper assembly will void the warranty. Many claims can be resolved with photos and video, though some may require a physical inspection. In these cases, the items may be required to be returned in order to finish the claim.
Your claim will be evaluated by our service team and if determined valid we will provide options to repair or replace your item. We may also ask you to return warrantied items so that our team can better study the issue. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Rust and Finish
Finishes are warranted against flaking, blistering, and peeling for 24 months from the date of purchase. Aluminum and stainless steel components are warrantied against rust for 24 months from the date of purchase. Normal wear and surface scratches are not covered under warranty.

Please allow several days after form submission for our team to evaluate and respond to the warranty claim.
